  • Montana State Hospital: Consultation on patient assessment project and on JCAHO accreditation.

  • Pueblo State Hospital, Colorado; North Texas State Hospital; Whiting Forensic Institute, Connecticut Valley Hospital: Provided consultation and staff training toward the implementation of specialized psychosocial rehabilitation programs based on a social learning model for the most severely disabled clients residing in forensic and adult long-term care hospital settings.
